Sand farmer Member	posted 08-21-1999 10:25 AM I just realized that I was selected as one of the MOST ENTHUSIASTIC SLACKERS two out of the past four weeks. I am going to celebrate by doing nothing but SW this weekend. I saw TPM last night then watched ANH on video. Hell, I may even watch my copy of the 78 Holiday Special before the weekend ends. If you want to see the Holiday Special you will have to order it through collector mags or pick it up at a sci-fi or comic book convention. Some comic book stores may have it. Any copy you get will be a bootleg since it was never released. Luckily, my copy is very good. Be warned, it is awful but every SW fan will get a kick out of it. Good -The Bobba Fett cartoon is incredible. -They use lots of cool Mos Eisley shots that were left out of ANH and that I have not seen anywhere else. I know they are Lucas shots because they are from the script. -Carrie Fisher is very hot. -Harrison Ford is fairly cool. -My copy has the original Kenner SW toy commercials. -Chewbacca's son Lumpy is kinda cute. Bad -Harvey Korman sucks. -Bea Arthur sucks. -Dianne Carrol sucks. -The musical numbers suck. -Basically all the CBS stars suck. -The entire script sucks. -I'ts too long. -Overall it just plain sucks. It's good for a laugh though. Check it out but don't pay more than $20 bucks for it. P.S. If you get a copy and George Lucas ever happens to come over to your place for dinner, hide it very well because George has said he wants to destroy every copy that exists.
